Green Pea Soup
Easy peasy nourishing green soup

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil 1 small onion finely chopped 1 500gm bag frozen peas 2 cloves garlic 1 litre veg stock Sea and pepper to taste Fresh flatleaf parsley Creme fraiche Method Heat the olive oil in pan and sautee the onions and garlic Add the stock and peas and bring to the boil Cook for a few minutes until cooked and then blend until smooth. Add a few spoons of the creme fraiche and a sprig of flatleaf parsley. |
