Beef Broth Soup |
Ingredients
Slices of beef ( leftover from a roast works well ) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion thinly sliced 2 spring onions finely sliced 1 litre beef broth 1 green chilli finely sliced Sea salt and pepper to taste Method Heat the oil in a pan and gently sautee the onion and chilli not browning Add the beef broth and beef and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes Season with salt and pepper Add the chopped spring onions and serve. |
