Eggs can be a great addition to a diet as they are versatile, cheap and packed full of nutrients. Eggs are a good source of protein and provide Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Folate and Iodine. Eggs make wonderful fluffy omelettes which you can stuff with all sorts of wonderful ingredients like mushrooms, spinach, peppers, onions, cheese, beans, ham, tomatoes and the list goes on....Poached eggs on toast with a side of baked beans is firm favourite in my house always on a slice of healthy hearty toast. Scramble, hard boil, soft boil for dippy eggs, bake or fry eggs for a super quick breakfast, lunch or light supper.
