Pizza Dough Recipe
300 gm of strong bread flour
1 tsp ready to go yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1 table spoon of olive oil
200 ml warm water
Place the flour into a large bowl and stir in the salt and yeast. Make a well. Add the warm water and olive oil to the well. and bring together with a wooden spoon until the dough is soft and slightly wet. Place on a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest. If the dough has risen give it a quick knead to knock out the air. Cut it into 2 and place 1 onto a floured surface again. Roll out with a rolling pin till it's fairly thin and the shape you fancy - it doesn't need to be round. Repeat with the other dough ball.
